How Much Does an Odoo Implementation Cost in Romania?
It is the first question of any company looking at Odoo, and the correct answer is "it depends" — but it depends on a few clear factors, which we explain here so you understand what the investment is made of. At the end we can give you a concrete estimate for your case.
Cost has two components
1. The Odoo license (paid to Odoo) - Odoo Community — free, open-source, but without some enterprise features. - Odoo Enterprise — a subscription per user/month, with all apps and official support.
2. The implementation (the partner's services) This is where most of the value actually sits: analysis, configuration, development, data migration, training and support.
What drives the implementation cost
- The number of users and departments involved.
- The modules used — a company with just sales and accounting costs far less than one with manufacturing, WMS and e-commerce.
- Custom development — how much Odoo needs to be extended beyond the standard.
- Romanian localization — e-Factura, SAF-T, filings: at NextERP these come from modules already developed, so you do not pay for them from scratch.
- Data migration from the old system and its complexity.
How we estimate
We do not quote a price off the top of our heads. We have a short discovery discussion, map the main processes and give you a staged estimate, with what goes into each stage. That way you know exactly what you are paying for and can phase the investment.
A real cost advantage
Because we have already developed the RO localization, ANAF filings and manufacturing modules, we do not reinvent the wheel on every project. Many requirements that are "standard for Romania" are already solved — which shortens the implementation and lowers the cost versus a partner building them from scratch.
