Odoo Migration & Upgrade

What we migrate
- Odoo version upgrades — from Odoo 12, 14, 16 or 17 to the current version, adapting custom modules to the new API and preserving the Romanian localization (chart of accounts, VAT, e-Factura, SAF-T).
- Migration from another ERP — SAGA, WinMentor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or in-house systems: we bring over master data, balances, partners, stock and the relevant history.
- Database consolidation — multiple companies or instances brought into a single Odoo platform.
Our migration process
- Audit — we inventory the source version, installed modules, customizations and data volume.
- Test environment — we build a test instance and run the migration there, without touching production.
- Data migration — we transfer data with verifiable, reproducible scripts, not by hand.
- Code adaptation — we rewrite custom modules for the new version and revalidate the Romanian localization.
- Validation — we check accounting balances, stock and tax reports together before go-live.
- Go-live — we bring the new version online with minimal downtime and dedicated support right after.
